Apply for a Water Service Connection Now

MCWD conducts free service connection orientation seminars every Wednesday or Saturday at 8:30AM to 12NN. It is being held at the MCWD Main Office, Magallanes corner Lapulapu Sts., Cebu City. All the requirements for a water service application will be discussed during the seminar....

Adequate, Safe, Potable and Affordable Water

MCWD’s vision is to provide adequate, safe, potable and affordable water and an effective sewerage system for Metro Cebu. As part of its education campaign, consumers are reminded to keep their water meters clean and to ensure it is free from sources of contamination, like garbage and contaminated water. Remember, your water runs through your meters. Keep it clean.
Conserve Water, Guard Against Leaks

Please check your pipelines for leaks. To do this, turn of all faucets in your house for 5 minutes. Observe your meter. If the meter dial turns even if all faucets are closed, this is an indication of a leak after the meter. Please have this fixed by a private plumber immediately. Remember, under our contract of services, pipelines after the meter are consumers’ responsibility.
