 Interconnection of Mactan Rock’s 8-inch supply pipe to the MCWD pipeline in Gabi Road, Lapulapu City
AREAS AFFECTED :LOW PRESSURE TO NO WATER –  Gabi, Suba Basbas, Alegria, Cordova, Day-as, Catarman, Pilipog, Ibabao, Calawisan, Babag, Looc, Gun-ob, part of Pajo, part of Marigondon, part of Maribago, Poblacion, Lapulapu City.
 


                  MCWD apologizes for any inconvenience that this interruption may cause our consumers. This water service interruption is needed to improve the delivery of our service.  Our personnel will exert extra efforts to finish the activity on schedule or ahead of schedule to restore the water service. 

                Except for other developments, this water service interruption will push through as scheduled.  However, this  does  not include other interruptions resulting from unexpected power failures and/or emergency mainline leak repairs or building up of water pressure.  Consumers are advised to prepare for the scheduled interruptions by storing water.

Notice to the Public  

There are no agents authorized by MCWD to accept reservations or to follow up water service applications.

No MCWD employee in the field or office ( whether a plumber, driver, meter reader, works engineer, project inspector or legal investigator, etc. ) is authorized to collect or receive payments for the processing of water service applications and other payments related to MCWD services.


Strategic Planning for Sanitation Set  

The Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD) sat down for a Strategic Planning on Sanitation as part of the ADB’s Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Project (UWSSP) Project Preparatory Assistance (PPTA). This was held in Golden Prince Hotel, Cebu City on September 19-21, 2011.
