Hi Maam:

Please be informed that a job order for trace-up (1407001642) was prepared to address your complaint on your water bill. Our personnel from the Billing Department will go to the given address to investigate the probable cause of the high billing and get the actual reading of your water meter. After the inspection, please get a copy the investigator’s report and read it for your guidance.

If the report would indicate that there’s nothing wrong with your piping system, you may request for a meter test at the MCWD Action Center. Your water meter will be replaced and will be brought to our workshop in Talamban for an accuracy test. However, if the report would show that there’s a leak in the pipelines after the water meter, you have to have it fixed it by your own plumber. Pipelines after the meter stand are owned by the concessionaire, hence, they are his/her responsibility. Any increase in the consumption caused by the said leak is chargeable to the concessionaire’ s account.

Tapos uso diay sa mcwd ang "blind disconnection" ? Which open ang meter tapos nahibong nalang mi nga putol na diay sa pagkabalo nako daan pa sauna kung putol gali meaning lock ang valve..

After the due date, pwede naka putlan sa imong suplay sa tubig. Among awhag sa mga konsumidor nga tagaan nato ug importansya ang atong bayranan sa tubig matag bulan kay gamit kaayo nato ang tubig.

The procedures and requirements will be thoroughly discussed in the said seminar.

There is an application form for a change of name and one of the attachments is the certificate of attendance of the seminar.

I'm curious how much longer your customers will be told to store water during non-peak hours? What's the projection? 5 years, 10 years? Perhaps 20? Maybe longer?

Are you actually doing anything to correct this very basic problem?

Before you delete my post you should consider that WE PAY THE SALARY AND BENEFITS for each of you working for MCWD.
