Hi, Kindly check our area in CKL homes subdivision in Agus Lapu-lapu City. Hangtud now ala jud agas tubig..people living here are suffering because of water problem since moving in. Then we are paying water bills to the developer which is very high though no water throughout the day. The developer did nothing to resolve this problem.. why can't just put an overhead tank to solve the issue.. please help and check our area. Thanks

You may suggest to the developer to put a large water tank for the homeowners or the homeowners themselves install individual water tank per unit.

The water tank will store water during off-peak hours so that residents will have water when its needed.

I would like to seek help in relation to our connection. we used to stay late night just to wait the flow of water is available. Daily, usually, or Normally we suffer this issue. Water is just available at 9:00PM to 6:30 in the morning albeit our neighbors have but the discharge of water is not adequate since the pressure too is not good enough, though water is available. as far as i know in every particular area there is also a particular PRESSURE to be given in that area. Also, pipeline upgrading projects in Mactan Island were stalled due to lack of permits from local government and DPWH.

Hi,

I have been in charge of monitoring our company utility payments for quite sometime. As I have observe, MCWD will charge base on a pro-rated basis if they found out that the meter has not moved. Why is it?

We have several areas for lease and when a tenant vacated the unit, of course there will be no usage of the water or electricity.

Can't MCWD verify first before charging?

And by the way, can you check consumer code: 75008? Do we have a pressure problem in the area?

Hello:

The account is not under your name. You can't apply for a permanent disconnection but you can apply for a reconnection with a fee of P280.00 until March 08, 2016.

After March 8, 2016, the account will be closed if there is no application for reconnection would be filed.

Once the account is closed, only the registered consumer can apply for the re-opening of the account. Re-opening cost is P4,950.

No new installation of water service will be done in the property unless the outstanding balance would be settled.

The guarantee deposit can be paid in installment basis. However, only the registered consumer can ask for a refund of the guarantee deposit in the event of permanent disconnection.
