why cant the "View your Water Bill here" in this website does not work?
Ive been trying to get my bill since yesterday and refreshing the page every hour.

Im in US right now, and this is the only way i can get my billing statement.

Hi Ruell,

Did you encode the account name, account code and the serial number of your water meter? These can be found in your water bill.

We are all now at the mercy of MCWD which are inefficient and not dependable at all,
we should ask our Mayor or even Malacanang to opt for another water service provider.
The right to water and sanitation is a human rights, equal to any other human rights.

Hi. Mr. Jose Nelson,

MCWD is one of more than 500 water districts nationwide. Water districts are government owned and controlled corporation (GOCC) but they are self-sufficient and do not regularly receive subsidies from the national government. We’ve been trying our best to improve and expand our service using internal funds while keeping the water rates affordable and steady since 2006. We also need help so that we can improve and expand our service at affordable rates.

You fools contradict yourselves. You say one thing on your advisory here and your staff tell another story to the Sunstar. As for their being less water in the dam now than what was available during El Nino i distinctly remember a pic in Sun star showing the dam completely empty and MCWD boasting how they were gonna clean out the dam so water shortages would not reoccur. The timing of this i suspect is political. Election time hmmmmmm, Food for thought

Hi Heart,

WATER ADVISORY. Please store water during off-peak hours.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. The production capacity of MCWD’s Jaclupan wellfield in Talisay City has decreased due to the lowering of the water table brought about by the dry season which started in late March this year.

As a result, consumers in elevated and interior areas in Metro Cebu, will experience low water pressure to no water during peak hours. Hence, we advise all our consumers living in these areas to store water during off-peak hours, when water pressure is expected to increase. The situation will hopefully normalize during the onset of rains in late May

AFFEECTED AREAS:

TALISAY CITY: Upper Lagtang, Lawaan, upper Nonoc, San Isidro, Tabunok, Mojon 2.

CEBU CITY: Bulacao, Pardo, Sunrise Village, upper St. Jude Acres Subdivision, Villa Bulsita, upper Bulacao (Sto. Nino), Holy Cross (back area) Bontores, Basak, N. Bacalso, Mambaling, Dapdap, Alaska, Alumnos, Riva Ridge Subdivision, Felina Village, Climaco Tisa, San Jose Village, F. Ramos, Sikatuna, M. Velez, Banawa, OPRRA, Capitol site, Osmena Blvd., Jones uptown, B. Rodriguez, V. Rama Avenue, Calamba, Sambag 1 & 2, V. Gullas, Reclamation Area, Pier Area, M.J. Cuenco Avenue, Villagonzalo 1 & 2, T. Padilla, Tejero

MANDAUE CITY: Subangdaku, Tipolo, Guizo, Alang-alang, Umapad, Opao, Looc, Cambaro, Paknaan, Pagsabungan, Hermag Village, Mantuyong.

CONSOLACION: elevated areas of Casili

LILOAN: Tagaytay, Calero, Mahayahay, Upper San Vicente

LAPU-LAPU CITY: Ibo, Buyong, Buaya, Mactan, Punta Engano, Soong, Maribago

Please let me know the reason and when you will resume water supply in my area here in M.Velez St., Guadalupe. We are opening a new Salon & Spa tomorrow and no water supply to clean the debris from construction. Moreover, we need water to shampoo our privilege customers and etc. Our invitation has already been sent for tomorrow.

Storing of water during off-peak hours is impossible for us since our office hours is from 9AM to 9PM.

Please find a solution. EMERGENCY STATE!

Hi Helter Skelter,

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Possible remedy of your situation is delivery of water via water truck. Please contact Engr. Edward Tandingan at 254-5784.
