Hi,

Mag ask lang unta ko. Akong mama nag bayad sa bill today. Ang bill is two month na due adtong April 7. The bill is 1,923.00. Tungod sa kalisod namo financially, ninhangyo akong mama na mo bayad lang usa ug 1 month para lang dli maputlan. Then, ni pasalig ako mama na by next week bayaran ang balance. Lisod baya kung maputlan kay mas mo daku ang bayranan. Grabe lang jud mi kalisod sa pagkakaron. Pero wala jud pahangyo ang staff sa counter. Ni balik akong mama para mangita ug kahulaman pero kulang jud ug 100 ang money to fully pay sa total due. Ni hangyo napod si mama na ipa carry-over ang 100 sa next bill pero wala jud ni sugot. Ingon ani jud ni inyong patakaran? Dli jud d ay mo mo consider? Sa kalisod sa panahon karon, bisan unta mo consider lang mo total bayaran man jud ang full in just few days.

Kana nga scenario gi discuss na pag attend nimo ug orientation seminar. Ug motuyok ang meter nga wala gamita ang tubig sulod sa balay nagpasabot na nga dunay nigawas nga tubig sa imong mga tubo saylo sa metro (leakage in the pipes after the meter). Ig pawong nimo sa gate valve moundang pud og tuyok ang metro tungod kay wa nay may tubig nga inaagi sa buslot nga tubo. Ipasubay ug Ipaayo dayun sa imong tubero ang buslot nga tubo. Any increase in the consumption caused by the said leak is chargeable to the consumer's account.

This new tiered discount scheme is applicable only to water consumption beyond 50 cubic meters. There is no discount for the first 50 cubic meters of water consumption.

The senior's citizen discount is still in effect. for more details, please call MCWD Call Center at 2548434 local 0 and 412-1836.

Pwede ka mobayad dire sa main office without your bill just present your code to the teller. We will inform the Billing Department re: your request for water bill delivery. Are u open on Saturdays sa main office for reconnection process?

Hello Windy,

The main office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays for payment transactions including reconnection and application. However, our MCWD Call Center is open until 12 midnight everyday and on holidays for queries and complaints.

My water bill is increasing from January bill of 510 then Feb bill of 1877 then this time it's 2,120. Impossible kaayo kay 3 adults lang mi sa house then 2 kids. We tried turning off our main outlet then dili man mo turn ang meter so meaning wala mi leaking inside our house. We document last night's reading which was 02467 then tonight with 02657. Please provide us your account code and address for verification. Don't turn off the valve near the meter, open it instead and then turn off all your faucets and don't use the water. Observe the meter for about 5 minutes. Ug motuyok nga walay gamit sa tubig, it is a clear indication nga naay leakage imong pipe after the water meter. Please have it fixed by your own plumber because you are the owner of the pipes. Any increase in the consumption caused by the said leak is chargeable to the consumer's account.
