Pursuant to SBAC1 Resolution No. 031924-01, this notice is hereby issued to inform all bidders of the postponement of the following activity for the above stated project, due to current issues surrounding MCWD:

Under Section 29. Bid Opening of the Updated 2016 Revised Implementing Rules of R.A. 9184:
“In case the bids cannot be opened as scheduled due to justifiable reasons, the BAC shall take custody of the bids submitted and reschedule the opening of bids on the next working day or the soonest possible time through the issuance of Notice of Postponement to be posted in the PhilGEPS website and the website of the procuring entity concerned.”
The deadline for the submission of bids was retained on the same schedule of 19 March 2024; 9:00am, but the Opening of Bid will be rescheduled to 2 April 2024 at 10:00 am.
