ADDENDUM NO. 1 PR NO. 29350-001 Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Containerized Plug-and-Play Sewage Treatment Plant

This Addendum is issued to modify, amend, clarify and supplement the Bidding Documents.
Section VII of the bidding documents is amended to read as follows:

  1. Section I. Invitation to Bid 

FROM: 

  1. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on March 14, 2024 to April 9, 2024 from the given address and website(s) below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of PHILIPPINE PESO: FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP 5,000.00). Metropolitan Cebu Water District shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person, by facsimile, or through
    electronic means.

 

  1. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at the office address indicated below on or before 9:00am of April 9, 2024. Late bids shall not be accepted.

 

  1. Bid opening shall be on 9:00am of April 9, 2024 at the AGM for Administration Conference Room, 6/F MCWD Building. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.

  1.
